1. Introduction

2. Affiliate Ambassadors Program

2.1 Enrollment

To become an Affiliate Ambassador, you must apply through our designated process. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.

2.2 Commissions

Affiliate Ambassadors will receive a commission of 20% on qualifying sales. Commissions will be paid every 45 days, subject to a minimum payout threshold specified by C.A.P.E. Global.

2.3 Termination

C.A.P.E. Global reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Ambassador relationship at any time, for any reason. Termination may result from violations of these terms, unethical practices, or for any other reason determined by C.A.P.E. Global.

3. Collaborators

Collaborators contributing content to C.A.P.E. Global must adhere to the guidelines provided by the company. C.A.P.E. Global reserves the right to use, modify, and distribute contributed content for promotional and other purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, associated with C.A.P.E. Global, are owned by C.A.P.E. Global. Users, affiliates, and collaborators agree not to use or reproduce any intellectual property without explicit written permission.

4.2 Content Usage

Users and collaborators grant C.A.P.E. Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute their content for the purposes of operating and promoting the C.A.P.E. Global platform.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Modifications

C.A.P.E. Global reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

C.A.P.E. Global is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
